One of my interests.

So yeah, I'm interested in different creative things, one of them is photography. The problem is.. I don't have the money to buy an amateur-pro photo camera. The first camera I bought is Samsung L210 which is a home camera for family and party pictures. You know when you're on vacation to take several photos, or at dinners, or family celebrations, those things. I hope someday I'd be able to buy a good semi-pro camera to make good scenery pictures, portraits, micro especially. Though this L210 is very weak, it actually makes some pretty neat micro pictures, and if you know a little photoshop you could make some good scenery or panoramas. Here, let me show you the picture I'm the most proud of. It's a picture of a venus flytrap I had a few years ago, it's a nice and interesting plant. That's it, my Dionaea muscipula:

It's a really nice picture, isn't it?

Errrm, TERRARIA, DUDES, TERRARIA - review

I want to point out, that this review is made by a friend of mine - KeReMiD4O.
He FREACKIN loves this game and I thought it was better if he has written it.

What is Terraria? Some might say it's like Minecraft, but those who have played it will say it's nothing of the sort. Sure it has mining, crafting and exploring - it's partly a Minecraft clone, but Terraira has bosses, magic, events and etc.
Once you start the game, you have a bunch of options. The standart options menu, single and multiplayer. One thing I love about this game is, that if you are playing on a server, or have played on a server, you can continue playing on the same map in single player, or create your own. No need for a separate server client to host - just start the game once, go to multiplayer, select the map and start it. To join - start the game once more and join your server using ip localhost. It's just that simple.
All you get are 2 tools - a Pickaxe and an Axe. The Pickaxe is used to mine almost everything in the game (except wood and walls). Collect wood, make a home and fight off enemies trying to get to you. When it's day, you get these little gello looking things called "slimes". They are harmless untill you hit them. Once you hit them they will try to kill you. You better have a home or a safe place before nightfall, because at night ZOMBIEZ come out and try to kill you. Depending on choice, you can either kill them for fun, or start digging. Trust me, digging is b-o-o-o-o-ring, so go and kill zombies.
Eventually, you will need to dig in order to find chests with loot in them, or to get resources to craft items.
Forgot to mention one thing, there is a Guide that helps a lot. It tells you what to do and what happens later in the game. Later in the game that Guide is annoying as he opens the doors and lets zombies inside. So it's a good idea to block the door with a... block. There are events in the game like Blood moon, which makes the zombies more powerfull and they break down doors trying to get to you, Goblin Invasion, which is what the name says - a lot of goblins trying to get to you(don't worry, this happens later in the game).
There are only 3 bosses in the game(for now).
Eye of Cthulhu(as you can see me and a friend are fighting it...):

Eater of Worlds

And there is Skeletron

A few words about the interface. Nice and clean, nothing more needed. The inventory can be bigger, but that's just me. I like to carry lots of stuff. I had some problems with finding out how to join parties, since there was no guide on how to do that, but I found it out by accident (for those who don't know, it's the colors right of the inventory - for multiple players, click the same color to be in the same party). Some people may have problems understanding how PVP works, like some of my friends, but they will figure that out eventually. If you want to fight someone, you both need to have PVP enabled, you enable it by clicking on the swords - the swords cross and the game displays a text message saying PVP is enabled.
OVERALL I love the simplicity of the interface and how you can craft with ease. One thing that can be added is an option to enable all the recepies in the crafting menu. Meaning, that you will know what you need and what you can craft even if you don't have the items/tools needed. If you are missing something it should have a cross over it or an indication of some sort. If a crafting table/alchemy station is needed, it would say what it needs in order for you to craft the item. Just a brief look at the inventory:

It's fun but it has it's flaws and once you play the game enough and get all the items, it gets boring. You can start a new character, or try to combine bosses in pairs, play with friends, but that just isn't enough sometimes.
WE ARE IN A DESPERATE NEED OF A DLC - which will hopefully come soon.
-KeReMiD4O

Well, that was a nice read I must say. It really gets you going if you haven't played the game. To tell you the truth I like this game, just I don't because I'm scared it will enslave me, like Minecraft did. But everyone choses his own choices.

Cigarettes, do you smoke them?

Smoking, do you do it? I, myself am a smoker. I like how they taste, I like their feeling, their warmth. I don't smoke much, depending on how you see it though, seven or eight a day, sometimes more, sometimes less. Cigarettes make me feel relaxed and they are part of my life.
Maybe, I'm putting too much thought on it, but it's become a serious problem for non-smokers. My opinion is that "YOU HAVE TO SMOKE, BUT DO NOT DUMP THE SMOKE ON OTHER PEOPLE".
Even as a smoker I hate second-hand smoke. I can barely imagine how much non-smokers are disgusted of it. You may say that I'm addicted, but I'll say: "No, I ain't.", and I'll tell you why that is.
For me, smoking is one of those life pleasures, that you shouldn't quit, just because they are bad for your health, you should enjoy them, because life without pleasures just isn't a life. If you can't enjoy a nice cigarette, what are you living for?
I sincerely don't believe those "smoking kills" campaigns, if it really kills me, I'd rather die from that, than from a car accident, or a serial killer, or from guy who just wants to take my money.
I am not saying you should smoke like a chimney, or that if you don't smoke you aren't cool, if you want to smoke, do it, and if you want to stop, they are far better reasons than "smoking kills", like family, friends, or money, trust me, those ARE better!
So, fellow followers, random people that found my blog, or other souls, DO YOU SMOKE?

(please share your opinion on smoking in the comments, thanks)

And thanks for viewing my blog!

I have a turtle.

Sorry for not posting yesterday guys, but we had problems with electricity(stupid bulgarian electricity providers), well what can you do *sigh*.
I just wanted to share with you that I have a turtle. Yeah, for two months now I've been having a turtle as a pet. His name is Oxy and he is a Red-Eared Slider. I've always liked reptiles, but cool geckos seemed too priced for me. So I got a turtle. It's not such an easy task caring for him, but it's rewarding when seeing him do funny stuff. Usually I feed him with raw fish and sometimes with some bugs I catch on our balcony. You know what? I decided fridays to be turtle picture days, so every friday from now on I'll be posting a picture of my turtle in a funny or an elegant pose, sleeping or doing other funny things. So, here he is:

on the rocks...
It's bad quality, but it's mine Samsung L210, not very good for micro.

Ok I was off for a week and a few days, but I'm here again.

"random bulgarian prom girl"

I was having my graduation and prom this few days, that's why I couldn't post. In Bulgaria the time around graduation and proms is a crazy time. We don't celebrate like no other country in the World. I'll just quote some guy's blog I found:

"It has now grown into a tradition that on their graduation prom students from Bulgaria would celebrate as if they are celebrating their wedding.

Expenses that cover the party are more then a lot. Everything has to be perfect from the dress or the costume to the hairstyle. Most students would give their best to enter the party in the most spectacular way as well. It has now become a tradition on the way to the restaurant where the prom ball is taking place the students would just crow out of the vehicles as they are in motion. The police has many times given tickets to the drivers allowing this, but still they can't prevent this offense against the law."

Ok, ok I found a nice video in which you can see a demonstration of this craaazy celebration.
This is 2008 video, I just couldn't find others. I think the people who were shooting at my prom were shooting for themselves, their families or something. It may sound ridiculous, but it's actually nice.
